What is the difference between trial version and full version?

The only difference is that the trial version of TuneClone can convert only 3 minutes for each song while the full version has no such limit. You need to order the registration code to register the program to get full version.

How can I place an order without credit card?

To place an order by mail, fax, wire, and PO (when applicable) please use the online form by clicking the following URL: https://secure.shareit.com/shareit/checkout.html?productid=300257319 and then choose one of these payment options found in the Payment Method section of the form. Once submitted online, you will find the appropriate information on how to send your payment to our payment service provider.

If you place your order successfully, please send us your order information, we will send you registration information as soon as possible.

How long will it take for the shipment after I order it?

The delivery of Tuneclone is via download. You can download and install the latest version by clicking http://www.tuneclone.com/tuneclone_setup.exe at any time. You will receive the registration name and code immediately after you finish ordering procedures. (* If you do not receive your code after several hours, please check your spam filtering in case that our registration email gets marked as spam and sorted into a "junk" folder or deleted. You may also send email to support@tuneclone.com to request that your code be resent to another email account owned by you.) You can use registration name and code which you received to unlock trial limitation and get full version.

Is the upgrade version free of charge or do I need to pay it again?

It is free to upgrade the program. Below is the procedure:

Uninstall the old version first;

Download the latest version from http://www.tuneclone.com/tuneclone_setup.exe

Install the program and register it with the registration name and code you have got to get full version.

How can I uninstall this program from my computer? I try to uninstall it, but it keeps telling me "please exit tuneclone" each time.

Right click the icon of TuneClone at the bottom right corner of the desktop. Choose "Exit" to exit the program in the appeared menu. Then, uninstall the program.

I cannot launch the program after installing it. Or an error occurs and the program closed automatically when using it. Why?

We have tested the program strictly and it is compatible with Windows series: 2000/NT/XP/Vista. It is probably because of your system or other applications installed. Please uninstall our program first. Then, scan your computer for viruses and repair the system bug by system repair tools and also updating the system. After that, restart your pc and install the program again. Besides, you can also install the program in another PC to test whether it launches OK or not to judge whether it is because of your system.

Can I run Tuneclone Audio Converter on MAC?

Yes, TuneClone Audio Converter for Mac was successfully released! You can go to http://mac.tuneclone.com to download the latest version of TuneClone Audio Converter for Mac.

Can I run Tuneclone Audio Converter on Windows 10/8/7/Vista 64 bit?

Yes, you can use Tuneclone Audio Converter on Windows XP and Windows 10/8/7/Vista 32/64 bit.

I cannot find the TuneClone virtual CD-RW in the drop-down menu with iTunes v8.0 according to the "Guide" in your website.

You need to follow the steps below:

Firstly, create a new playlist in iTunes.

Secondly, drag your songs onto the playlist.

Thirdly, please click "Burn Disc" in iTunes.

Then there will pop up a dialog for you to set the tuenclone virtual CD-RW.

I still cannot find TuneClone Virtual CD-ROM after finishing the above steps.

1. Please restart your computer to have a try.

2. TuneClone Virtual CD-ROM cannot be installed correctly on your computer system. Please uninstall program, download and install the latest version of TuneClone Audio Converter from http://www.tuneclone.com/tuneclone_setup.exe.

3. If you are using iTunes 8 or above version, please read help document from http://www.tuneclone.com/itunes8-m4p-to-mp3.php. If you are using iTune 7, please read guide from http://www.tuneclone.com/guide.php

iTunes seems to be converting the files, but there is nothing happening in my TuneClone manager.

Please exit your TuneClone by right clicking its icon at the bottom right of your computer desktop, then re-open it and try it again.

iTunes seems to be burning, but there is nothing in the folder of Tuneclone

There are two ways to resolve this matter:

1. Delete the songs in the playlist in iTunes and folders in Tuneclone,then try it again.

2. Exit your Tuneclone by right clicking its tray icon on the right at the bottom of your computer screen, then re-open it and try it again.
